Cassi Christiansen has been coaching and developing leaders for over 25 years. Whether thru individual coaching, group facilitation or multi-day experiential leadership programs, Cassi is masterful at creating the space for people to learn, grow and evolve their leadership to the next level.
Meet Kari
Kari is a leadership professional, specializing in coaching and facilitation. She has spent 25 years in human capital development, as an internal senior leader and as an independent coach and facilitator. Kari works with emerging, mid- and senior leaders to develop leadership skills based on strengths, values and passion.
Nicholas joins IGC & Associates as an engaging, well-rounded, and experienced facilitator. He is fond of reminding clients that "We provide tools, models, theories and principles that, on the surface, are simple -- but the complexity lies in the human element.”
