Background
As an experienced consultant and trainer, Jeffrey Parsons has 17 years as a global facilitator. During this time, Jeffrey has worked with professionals in a range of industries including automotive, banking, customer service, hospitality, pharmaceutical and transportation. His international experience spans the globe and includes both team training and leadership coaching in major cities in Europe, Asia, India and South America. As a consultant, he has led large-scale change, customer service and leadership initiatives for corporate, nonprofit and governmental organizations.
Jeffrey’s credentials include a B.A. in Communications from the University of Iowa, a certified Conflict Resolution Trainer, and Organizational / Team development. Jeffrey has been recognized as top presenter at both the Annual National Employee Recognition (NAER) Conference and at the IMS Seminar. He was also recognized by Successories for his change and multi-generation expertise.
